Incore Invest strengthens its team with the addition of Kasper Terrvik as Investment Manager

Kasper Terrvik

As part of its expansion, Incore Invest is excited to announce the appointment of Kasper Terrvik as Investment Manager. With a strong background in corporate finance and deep knowledge of the European tech ecosystem, Kasper brings valuable experience to support the firm’s mission of backing high-growth software and fintech companies across the continent.

Kasper joins Incore Invest at a significant moment, following the launch of Incore Invest II, a €25 million fund focused on accelerating early-stage businesses with proven revenue models in SaaS, embedded finance and fintech. With his analytical precision and hands-on approach, Kasper will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating and supporting new investments across Northern Europe, the Nordics and the UK.

Prior to joining Incore, Kasper worked at Bloomberg’s analytics division, gaining firsthand experience in market data, analytics and financial technology. He later joined SEB Corporate Finance as an M&A analyst, where he focused on growth-stage and technology-driven companies. This combined background gives him understanding on the capital needs and strategic inflection points facing ambitious startups today.

Kasper Terrvik commented, “Incore Invest is a firm with strong momentum and a clear, founder-driven strategy. Joining at this stage gives me the opportunity to help shape how we identify and support the next generation of category-defining companies. With Incore Invest II, we have the flexibility and mandate to back truly exceptional teams, and I’m really looking forward to contributing to this next phase of growth.”

Incore Invest’s second fund continues its selective, high-conviction investment strategy, backing companies that are building scalable and long-term solutions in Europe’s most dynamic markets. Kasper’s arrival strengthens the team’s capabilities in due diligence, deal structuring and long-term founder support, ensuring the firm can continue making impactful investments across its core focus areas.

Nicolai Chamizo, Founder and CEO of Incore Invest, added, “Kasper brings sharp analytical thinking and a strong grasp of what it takes to build and back growth companies. His experience across financial services and technology aligns well with our investment philosophy and we’re very pleased to welcome him to the team.”

With Kasper onboard and Incore Invest II actively deploying capital, the company is well-positioned to support the next wave of high-potential startups building the future of finance, software and digital infrastructure.
