Founded in 2021 by Nicolai Chamizo and seasoned industry experts – Incore Invest was created to back the next generation of high-growth, technology-driven companies. United by deep operational experience and a shared passion for entrepreneurship, the founding team set out to combine strategic capital with hands-on expertise to accelerate growth and create lasting value.
We focus on Fintech and B2B software, investing across Europe with a strong emphasis on the Nordic region. Our typical entry point is at the Series A stage, supporting companies with proven business models, solid revenue streams, and clear paths to profitability.
Our approach blends active ownership with close founder collaboration. We bring a powerful mix of scaling expertise, extensive international networks, and transactional experience to help our portfolio companies navigate growth, strategic partnerships, M&A, and IPOs. Whether as a minority or majority shareholder, we partner with businesses where we can add value through active ownership, building on a foundation of trust, alignment, and shared ambition.

Our story
Incore Invest began with Nicolai’s vision to create a new kind of investment firm — one built on deep industry expertise and a shared ambition to shape the future of fintech. Together with our co-founders Magnus Mivér (former partner at ABG Sundal Collier), Martin Larsson (former partner at Stella Capital Advisors), Jonas Mårtensson (CEO of Mojang), and Lena Hackelöer (founder of Brite Payments and senior alumni of Klarna), we set out to back the next generation of transformative tech companies.
From the start, we have focused on early-stage technology investments, with a particular strength in fintech. Our journey began with an early investment in Brite, supporting its mission to revolutionize open banking and challenge traditional card payment systems. We remain actively involved, with Nicolai serving as chairman. We have since expanded our portfolio with strategic investments in Savr, a next-generation trading platform, and Mynt, a modern spend management system.
