We are pleased to announce that Incore Invest has invested SEK 61 million in Mynt through a follow-on secondary share purchase, deepening our partnership with the company.
Mynt is an existing holding in the Incore portfolio, and this transaction reflects the conviction we have built through working closely with the company. Founded in Stockholm in 2018, Mynt set out to fix one of the most persistent frustrations in running a business: expense management. Its platform combines smart company cards with automated spend management and a direct line into the accounting system, giving finance teams real-time control over company spend while removing the manual work of chasing receipts and reconciling costs.
Mynt operates under its own e-money licence and holds a Principal Membership with Visa, issuing its own cards. The platform surpassed 20,000 business customers across the Nordics last year, and is embedded in the offerings of third parties including Fortnox in Sweden and Visma and Accountor in Finland. Mynt and Nordea announced a partnership in 2025 under which Nordea will offer an SME business credit card and spend management solution built on Mynt across the Nordics.
The company is in an exciting growth phase, with its embedded platform scaling across the Nordics and into the broader European market, and with strong commercial momentum behind it.
Nicolai Chamizo, Founder and CEO of Incore Invest, weighed in on the investment: "Mynt is solving a real problem for small and medium-sized businesses, and doing it with the licences and infrastructure to build on. They have turned a genuine everyday frustration for businesses into a product that companies rely on daily, which is not an easy thing to do."
He further added: "Spend management is one of those areas where the technology has lagged well behind the need, particularly for smaller businesses. Mynt has built strong momentum in the Nordics and is now taking that into the rest of Europe, and we look forward to continuing to back the team on that path."
This additional investment reflects Incore's continued confidence in Mynt and its team. We look forward to supporting the company through its next phase of growth.
