Kameo

Kameo is an investment platform enabling retail and institutional investors to invest in secured loans for real estate projects in Norway and Sweden, while providing developers with fast, flexible financing. Kameo has over 40 employees in Stockholm and Oslo and has, since 2016, facilitated over 1,500 loans worth more than NOK 8.5 billion, delivering an average net return of 9.6% per year to investors. Since 2019, ABG Sundal Collier has been Kameo’s largest shareholder and Incore Invest joined as a strategic owner in 2024.
