Lena is  the founder & CEO of Brite Payments, one of Europe’s fastest growing payment companies. A dual citizen of Sweden and Germany, Lena has close to 15 years of experience in the European fintech sector, with a focus on payments and consumer credit. Prior to founding Brite in 2019, Lena served as CEO of Qliro Financial Services. She also spent seven years in leading positions at BNPL market leader Klarna, where she built the company’s global business marketing. In 2023, Lena was recognized by Forbes Magazine as one of the top 10 women in European Fintech.

At Incore Invest, she scouts new fintech business models and advises on B2B & B2B2C fintech go-to-market.
